Delegate Eligibility

Delegate places are complimentary and reserved exclusively for senior public sector health and care professionals. To check your eligibility for a delegate place, please click here. Please note that all registrations are reviewed by HSJ, and we reserve the right to accept or decline applications based on the event's eligibility criteria. If you are a supplier to the NHS, attendance is available exclusively through an event partnership.

Attendance commitment

The cost of your delegate place is fully funded by HSJ and our event partners. To help us continue providing complimentary places to senior health and care professionals, we ask that you complete the questions below as part of the registration process. The information you provide helps us demonstrate the value and impact of the event to our partners and ensures the event remains relevant to delegates. Delegate places are limited so if your circumstances change and you are no longer able to attend, please either nominate a suitable colleague to attend in your place or notify us as soon as possible so that we can reallocate your place. We regret that where a confirmed delegate does not attend without informing us a £149 administration fee will apply to help cover some of the costs incurred.

By registering for HSJ Digital Transformation Summit, you are confirming your commitment to participate in the program, and as a minimum to attend two 25-minute Interactive Discussion Groups (IDGs) on topics of your choice. Exceptions to this commitment will be considered if requested at the point of registration and mutually agreed upon in writing by HSJ.
